Each of our camps are filled with a week’s worth of themed & fun learning activities with each day targeted to a specific topic. Our days are filled with books, creative writing prompts (or story telling depending on age), crafts, science experiments, food snacks, and more!

This is our our “Awesome & Amazing Sharks Week” – an at home week filled with days of relaxed learning and fun activities all themed to the oh-so-cool, sometimes scary, always awesome sharks!!! It’s perfect for shark week, shark enthusiasts, or ocean weeks. After our intro day, we focused a special, unique shark for the entire day! Blast to the Past – Amazing Ice Age Animals Week
This is our “Amazing Ice Age Animals Week” – an at home camp filled with days of relaxed learning and fun activities all themed to learning about animals that once lived on this Earth! During this week, we picked a few favorite ice age animals and dove into more detail on their characteristics, how and where they lived, and how we know about them today. Blast to the Past: Prehistoric Plants Week
This is our “Blast to the Past: An Amazing Prehistoric Plants Week” – an at home week filled with days of relaxed learning and fun activities all themed to the oh-so-cool, but often overlooked, awesome prehistoric plants! For this week, we traveled back in time by first creating the ultimate ‘natural’ learning space by decorating it with leaf and plant backdrops, green streamers hanging from the ceiling, and DIY plant fossils. Then we moved onto learning plants in some of the earliest eras. It was definitely an eye opening experience to study the evolution of plants! Bugs & Butterfly Week
While this one isn’t broken up into themed days of play, we did have a number of activities that took up the entire week! From reading books, watching some videos, crafting, and raising our very own butterflies – the kids had an amazing week so much so that they want to repeat it for another year! While we definitely carved out some time to become master magicians, this week was more focused on the history of magic and some famous magicians! And in addition to learning all about the history of magic and about some groundbreaking magicians, we also conjured up some crafts and created our own magical stories! Shiver Me Timbers – It’s Pirate Week
This is our “Shiver Me Timbers – Pirate Week” – an at home camp filled with days of relaxed learning and fun themed activities all themed to oh-so-fascinating Pirates! We mixed in some great learning fun by reading about historical pirates and pirate life, learning all about pirate ships & creating our own models, exploring nautical navigation, and created some treasure maps and coded messages! Soaring High – A Week of Flight
This is our “Soaring High – Flight Week” an at home week filled with days of relaxed learning and fun activities all themed to things that can fly as well as some famous flight pioneers! Part history, part science, this week was a brief intro on the Wright Brothers & Amelia Earhart as well as an exploration of some of flight machines beyond airplanes – hot air balloons and blimps! Think, Craft, Repeat – An Amazing Week of Minecraft-Themed Learning
This is our “Think, Craft, Repeat – A Minecraft Week” – an at home week filled with days of relaxed learning and fun activities all themed to the ever popular game – Minecraft! For this week, rather than focusing on just the Minecraft game and how to play, we used their love of the game to dig deeper into the history of the game and learn more about very popular characters! After our intro day, where we set up our space, we studied a character each day – what they do in the came, their origin story, and learned while we crafted, experimented, and read stories! Winter & Arctic Animals Learning Fun
OKAY……. So, technically, this one is more of a winter camp but if you’re looking to switch it up and learn about so oh-so-cool arctic animals, these ideas are definitely worth check out! Wonders of the World
This is our our “Wonders of the World Week” an at home week filled with days of relaxed learning and fun activities all themed to a few of the new wonders of the world! Part history, part cultural studies, this week was definitely a thrilling, whirlwind adventure as we “traveled” to a different Wonder each day, learning a bit about the man-made construction, time period, and culture of each magnificent structure. We did not have time to study each wonder (and we did sneak in a few runner ups) but it was an awe-inspiring week that fueled many more questions and self study!
