Halloween Carnival Ghost Lollipop Pull – Supplies

THE SUPPLIES:

  • Upcycled Paper box (a cereal box works well here)
  • Lollipops
  • White Tissue Paper
  • Black Marker

THE TOOLS

  • Scissors
  • Tape
  • Pen (optional)

STEPS

STEP 1: Set up the Base

Wrap up the box with white tissue paper (you can also use a different color here if you like).   Poke a few holes into the box (this is where the lollipops will go).  A Cereal box can hold about 12 or so ghosts and you can always have more on hand to refill the box throughout the game.

STEP 2: Create the ghosts

Cut out a smaller square from the white tissue paper.  You’ll want it to be big enough to cover the lollipop.  Place the lollipop head in the middle of the square and wrap the tissue around it.  Optionally add a smiley face to make the ghost more friendly 🙂

As this is a variation of the traditional lollipop pull carnival game, add a dot to a few of the lollipop ghosts – not too many.  When the game is played, if a player picks a lollipop with a colored dot on the bottom, they get to keep the lollipop and receive an additional prize.  If the lollipop does not have a dot on the bottom, they just keep the lollipop.

STEP 3: Add the ghosts

Add the ghosts into the holes on the box.  Optionally add other Halloween or carnival decorations around the game.

AT THE HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL

Set up the lollipop ghosts around some other decorations with the extra prizes on the side 🙂
