Need a super easy chick craft to add to your spring celebration? This one is super easy and you only need a few items! Read on to check it out
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You can find a number of these items at Dollar Stores or discounted sections at stores. You can also mix and match colors if you want to have different colored chicks.
THE SUPPLIES:
- 2 Similar-Sized Yellow Pom Poms
- 1 Sheet of Black Felt or Construction Paper
- 1 Sheet of Orange Felt or Construction Paper
- 1 Sheet of Yellow Felt
THE TOOLS:
- Scissors
- Glue (Hot glue would work fastest but regular glue works as well if you have time for drying)
STEPS
STEP 1: Create the Body
Cut two wing shapes out of the yellow felt. Glue to the top of one pom pom. Add another bit of glue and the second pom pom.
STEP 2: Add the Nose
Cut a small triangle out of the orange felt or construction paper & glue to the middle of the top pom pom.
STEP 3: Add the Eyes
You could use small googly eyes otherwise cut out two small circles out of black felt or construction paper. You could also use a hole puncher if you have one handy to make them more circular.
STEP 4: Repeat!
Try out a few different shapes and sizes!
