A Floral Graveyard – A Quick, Easy, & Inexpensive Halloween Centerpiece
Tagged Tags: ,

Want to add some quick & easy Halloween Decorations to your space but don’t want to spend a whole lot? With just a few Dollar Store, Seasonal, and Upcycled items you can have quite the Halloween scene to add to your seasonal decorations. (Note: this one does contain some plastic skeleton figures but you can easily leave them off for younger or more sensitive kiddos)

SUPPLIES

You can definitely mix & match here but the important pieces are the pumpkin, skeletons, cobwebs, and of course your dried out flowers!

  • Pumpkin
  • Skeletons. We actually purchased a Skeleton Garland from the Dollar Tree and set them free from their garlands 😉 )
  • Cobweb. You can also find this one from the Dollar Tree but should be able to pick them up just about anywhere during Halloween: Spiderweb with Plastic Spiders
  • Dried Out Flowers. Just leave a rose bouquet out for a bit til they dry and re-use the flowers and petals

SET UP

We used the pumpkins and skeletons as the main focal point since we wanted to highlight the Halloween aspect. You can definitely use a bigger pumpkin – or several if you want to expand 🙂 The dragon skeleton is a bit more expensive ($10-$15 depending on where you get them from. We purchased ours from a store but you can find online as well). Then we added a single dried out rose but surrounded it with a few more dried out petals to give it more breadth and space. We laid out a few more dried out petals from our other roses and spread out some cobwebs. And that’s it! An almost instant & inexpensive Halloween Centerpiece!
