WHAT YOU’LL NEED
THE SUPPLIES:
- 1 Small Black Snack Cup or Small Black Paper Cup
- 1 Sheet of Red Construction Paper
- 1 Small Black Plate
THE TOOLS:
- Scissors
- Glue or Tape
STEPS
STEP 1: Crown & Band
Cut a long strip of the red paper (about an inch in width). Wrap the red strip at the bottom of the cup (not the opening).
STEP 3: Brim
Tape or glue the bottom of the cup to the small black paper plate. Alternatively, you could also use black construction paper and/or reinforce it with cardboard.
